Reynaldo Gianecchini was very successful as a model in the 1990s. He spent two years in Paris and was there during the World Cup in 1998, when he met the journalist, presenter and actress Marília Gabriela. After a few months dating, Giane, as he is known, decided to marry the woman who is 24 years older than him. In 2000 he made his TV debut on the Globo channel, in the soap opera Laços de Família. He played a character who also dated a woman who was much older than him, played by actress Vera Fischer. His debut on Globo, however, did not please the critics. However, Giane was not discouraged and over the years he perfected the art of acting. In 2004 he distinguished himself in the soap opera Da Cor do Pecado playing two characters, twin brothers Paco and Apolo. In the soap opera Belíssima (2005) he played a fun mechanic called Pascoal. In 2010, his performance as the villain in the soap opera Passione was highly praised by the public and journalists alike. He has performed in many plays, movies and soap operas. Gianecchini was born in Birigui, São Paulo, on November 12, 1972. He graduated in law but has never practiced law.
On September 28, 2011 - Giane visited the support group for children with cancer, GACC, in São José dos Campos-SP, and spoke to several children. The actor has supported GACC since 2003.He is going to take part in a new campaign to help the hospital GACC runs.
