It´s a meeting. Eight people are sitting around the table having a meeting. Look at the picture of the table below. There are eight empty places. Write the correct name of the people in each appropriate place.

Read the description to your students. They have to write the names in the appropriate places.

a)       Daniel is sitting on the right place of the table.

b)       Melissa is sitting between Richard and Joe,  across from Rachel.

c)       Rachel is sitting between Paul and Peter.

d)       Peter is sitting across from Joe who is sitting next to Melissa.

e)       Mellissa is sitting next to Richard.

f)        Pamella is sitting across from Daniel. She is on the other side of the table. She is far from Daniel but she is sitting next to Paul and Richard.

Apliquei essa atividade para minha 6ª série. No início achei que eles não iriam conseguir, já que tem um vocabulário que eles não dominam muito bem, pois ainda não ensinei, mas a atividade foi bem legal, eles adoraram e foram muito bem no resultado. Valeu a pena. Tentem ...
Eles tinham que identificar as figuras com as diferenças descritas nas frases.

9. The flag on the mailbox is down. There is no mail.

10. There are only four birds instead of five, One of the birds flew away.
